Pumpkin bread in a bread machine

Ingredients

Servings 10-12
  • 400 g flour
  • 150 ml water or pumpkin broth
  • 15 g yeast
  • 100 g 4-grain flakes
  • 1 cup boiled pumpkin
  • 1 Art. l. Sahara
  • 1 h. l. year
  • 1 Art. l. olive oil
  • 1 Art. l. dry milk

Cooking

Step 1

Boil the pumpkin pieces. Grind the flakes to the consistency of flour in a coffee grinder.

Step 2

Mix milk powder, flour, crushed cereal, sugar and salt.

Step 3

Mash the pumpkin in a bowl with a fork and add water or pumpkin broth, yeast and oil.

Step 4

Pour the entire mixture into the bowl of the bread maker. Select the "Easy Bread" program on your bread maker and bake the bread for the set time. When the bread maker is finished, remove the bread, place it on a wire rack, cover with a towel and let cool.
