Apples, Pork, Steaks, Pork chops

Pork chops with apples

A great idea for romantic winter evenings. The satiety of meat is slightly leveled by the freshness of an apple, and if you serve lighter sauerkraut instead of a standard potato as a side dish, there will be no limit to delight!)

Ingredients

Servings 2
  • pork steaks - 2 pcs.
  • large seasonal apple - 1 pc.
  • grated cheese
  • olive oil for frying
  • salt, black pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Ready steaks lightly beat off. For this purpose, I use a wide cleaver knife for cutting meat. I like the effect more than after the kitchen hammer. Yes, and the relief turns out to be more beautiful) Salt and quickly fry in olive oil until the first golden crust. Place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

Step 2

Peel apples and cut into small cubes. We spread a dense layer on chops, add some salt and pepper generously. We send the steaks to bake in a well-heated oven for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before readiness, sprinkle with grated cheese and bring to mind and a beautiful crust. We eat with any side dish. My husband and I love sauerkraut the most!
