Plum Puff Pastry Pie

- 250 g (half pack) puff pastry
- eggs - 6 pcs
- 180 g sugar
- 220 g flour
- 150 g black grapes
- 1.5 kg medium-sized plums

Roll out the puff pastry a little for a 30 by 20 cm mold. Put parchment on the bottom of the mold, and coat the sides with butter. Put the dough, piercing it in some places with a fork, on parchment. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Take out and cool. Cut the washed plums in half, remove the pits. Lay the halves on the prepared puff pastry. Beat eggs with sugar until stable (if you run your finger, it will leave a mark). While stirring so that there are no lumps, add the sifted flour. Pour the resulting biscuit dough over the plums. Wash the grapes, cut and remove the seeds. Arrange the grapes on top of the biscuit dough. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180˚C. Check the readiness of the dough with a toothpick.
