Pizza on thin yeast dough with tomato

Ingredients

  • milk - 150 ml
  • flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 150-200 g.
  • dried herbs - 1 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp. l.
  • yeast - 1 tsp
  • a pinch of salt
  • hard cheese - 250 g.
  • sausage - 100 g.
  • tomato - 1-2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1/4 pc.
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • corn - 1 tbsp. l.
  • green peas - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Lightly beat the egg, 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, salt, sugar.

Step 2

Add herbs and warm milk. Whisk.

Step 3

Add flour mixed with yeast, knead the dough. Cover with a clean towel and put in a warm place. When the dough is suitable, then start cooking pizza.

Step 4

Roll out a thin layer of dough (or several, depending on the size). Brush well with tomato paste. Spread thinly sliced filling. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
