Pie with apples and cinnamon
This is a tender, moderately moist, fragrant cake! The delicate aroma of baking with cinnamon and apples will be a great start to the day!
Ingredients
- butter 180 g
- sour cream 100 g
- premium wheat flour 250 g
- baking powder 12 g
- apples 5 pcs.
- white sugar 150 g
- cane sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- cinnamon 1 pinch
- chicken egg 3 pcs.
Cooking
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks. Combine soft butter with sugar and beat, adding one yolk at a time during whipping.
Step 2
Add sour cream to the resulting mass, mix.
Step 3
Pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, mix.
Step 4
Beat egg whites with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks. Gently but surely fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
Step 5
Peel apples, cut into thin slices. Preferably seasonal apples "Antonovka".
Step 6
Spread the apples over the entire surface of the pie (packing density to your taste - the more apples, the wetter the pie).
Step 7
Mix brown sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle on top of the cake. Place the pie in a preheated oven at 180*C. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. (before the test for a dry splinter).
