Parma ham with melon

Ingredients

  • ham 30 g
  • melon 20 g
  • arugula 10 g
  • sweet onion rings 3 pcs.
  • honey 5 g
  • olive oil 5 ml
  • lime peel 5 g
  • Balsamico sauce 5 ml

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the ham and melon into thin slices.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce: mix balsamic, olive oil, honey and zest. Lay out the ham slices and melon. Drizzle with sauce. Lay out the sweet onion rings.
