Mystery Rolls

Ingredients

  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • boiled potatoes - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 70 g
  • salt pepper
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • lavash thin - 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil

Cooking

Step 1

Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil, add carrots and zucchini diced. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Pour 2.5 cups of water into the pan, add tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, heat the mixture until the tomato paste and sugar are completely dissolved.

Step 3

Put stewed vegetables on pita bread in a thin layer and twist tightly. Cut the roll into pieces 2-3 cm thick.

Step 4

Put the pieces of roll on a greased baking sheet and pour with warm filling, put in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
