Mini cakes for a children's party

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 3 art. l. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • powdered sugar for decoration
  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk
  • 250 g soft cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 4 pcs. lozenges or 3 marshmallows

Cooking

Step 1

Put the flour, powdered sugar and salt in the bowl of a food processor, add the diced cold butter and use the knife attachment to cut all the ingredients until they turn into crumbs. Add eggs and quickly knead the dough. Turn the dough out onto a work surface and knead for 1-2 minutes. Spread the dough on a baking sheet, level the surface and set for 20 minutes. into the refrigerator.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 175 C. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cake for about 20 minutes until it is golden. Let the cake cool completely, then cut off the edges and cut in half.

Step 3

For the filling, pour gelatin 3 tbsp. l. water and leave for 5 minutes. Put on low heat and completely dissolve, but do not bring to a boil.

Step 4

Beat cottage cheese with boiled condensed milk and pour in the cooled gelatin, mix well. Cut the marshmallow or marshmallow into small cubes and mix into the filling.

Step 5

Put the filling on the cake and cover with the second cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Before serving, cut the cake into small cakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
