Lean Lemon Cookies
Ingredients
Servings 20- lemon - 1.5 pcs.
- sugar - 1 cup
- water - 100 ml
- vegetable oil - 0.5 cups
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- flour - about 3 cups
- any finely chopped nuts for sprinkling on top
Cooking
Step 1
Scroll the lemon in a meat grinder, add sugar, water and mix.
Step 2
Add vegetable oil and baking powder, mix.
Step 3
Add flour and knead the dough (the dough will be soft).
Step 4
Roll up a horn from the dough. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts on top.
Step 5
Bake cookies in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
