Ice cream "Flower pots"
Ingredients
- cream 33% 1 l
- condensed milk 1 pc.
- frozen berries (fruits) 300-500 g
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
Cooking
Step 1
Whip the cream (make sure you don't over-whisk as it won't turn into butter).
Step 2
Add condensed milk, vanilla extract and berries, fruits to taste. For example, frozen cherries, blueberries, currants and strawberries, after chopping them a little in a blender.
Step 3
Arrange in plastic cups, place a stick (or twig, pre-treated with boiling water, alcohol, etc.) in the center and freeze. Remove plastic cups after freezing.
Step 4
Before serving, remove plastic cups and garnish with a sprig of mint.
