Grilled calamari with new potatoes and yellow pepper sauce.
Ingredients
Servings 1- peeled squids 65 g
- garlic 2 g
- olive oil 10 g
- thyme 1 g
- salt 3 g
- black pepper 1 g
- mini boiled potatoes 8 g
- Bulgarian yellow pepper 9 g
- onion 25 g
- white wine 2 g
- vegetable broth 85 g
- green peas 25 g
- garlic oil 2 g
- dried cherry tomatoes 5 g
- radish slice 6 g
Cooking
Step 1
Marinate squids in olive oil, salt and pepper, add rosemary.
Step 2
Fry marinated squids, green peas and mini boiled potatoes in vegetable oil, add garlic oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
To prepare the pepper sauce, bake the yellow bell pepper in the oven. Separately, fry the onion in olive oil, add the vegetable broth and white wine. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, put on the bottom of the plate.
Step 4
Pour yellow pepper sauce onto a plate, put squids with peas and potatoes on top. Garnish with a slice of radish.
