Flounder baked in parchment
A wonderful way to cook fish is fish in parchment, baked in the oven. Preparing is quite simple and looks very impressive when served. In addition, such a dish can be safely attributed to healthy and wholesome food.
Ingredients
Servings 4- 600 g flounder fillet (4 pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 100-120 ml dry white wine
- 1 bulb
- 4 cups of lemon
- vegetable oil
- dill greens
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Cut out 8 circles with a diameter of 14 cm from parchment in advance. For this, it is most convenient to use a round bowl of a suitable size: turn it upside down on a sheet of parchment and circle around the edge with a sharp knife. Just remember to place a cutting board under the parchment.
Step 2
Wash the fish, dry. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the core, cut into thin strips. Wash the dill, dry and chop.
Step 3
For 4 circles put a piece of fish. Place a cup of lemon on the fish, and then chopped vegetables. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with wine.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spray the baking sheet with oil. Cover the fish with vegetables with a second circle of parchment, wrap the edges. Grease the top of the parchment with oil. Put in the oven, cook for 30 minutes. Serve in parchment, making a slit in the middle and folding the edges. Before serving, the dish can be sprinkled with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice, sprinkle the fish with finely chopped dill or cilantro.
