  • Potatoes - 1200 g

  • Ricotta - 180 g
  • Wheat flour for baking - 8 g

Cooking

Step 1

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the ricotta cheese and mix. Pour in the milk, add the flour, spices and mix until smooth.

Step 2
