Easy Potato Casserole

Servings 4- Chicken egg - 240 g
- Semi-hard cheese - 100 g
- Milk - 180 g
- Potatoes - 1200 g
- Cream 20% fat - 20 g
- Olive oil - 34 g
- Ricotta - 180 g
- Wheat flour for baking - 8 g
Cooking
Step 1
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the ricotta cheese and mix. Pour in the milk, add the flour, spices and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Add potatoes to the resulting sauce and mix thoroughly. Place the potatoes in a baking dish and pour the remaining sauce evenly. Spread grated cheese on top. Bake the casserole in the oven at 180°C for at least 45 minutes.
