Dessert with ricotta cheese
Ingredients
Servings 2- cheese "Ricotta" - 250 g
- condensed milk - 80 g
- vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp
- blueberries pureed with sugar - 8 tbsp. l.
- crushed biscuits - 4 tbsp. l.
- crushed nuts (peanuts) - 4 tbsp. l.
- berry jelly - 1 pack (45 g)
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the jelly ahead of time according to the instructions. It is better to cook with more acidic berries or fruits.
Step 2
Mix ricotta, condensed milk and vanilla sugar and beat a little.
Step 3
Spread in a glass in layers: blueberries, cream, cookies, cream, nuts, blueberries, cream. Top with chopped jelly cubes.
