Crab salad

In addition to crab meat, crab sticks or peeled shrimp are also suitable for preparing this salad. You can add watercress or parsley to the dressing.

Ingredients

  • salt
  • 3 art. l. lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs of oregano
  • 1 cob salad frise
  • 100 g crab meat
  • 1 apple
  • egg - 4 pcs
  • 125 g mayonnaise

Cooking

Step 1

Remove chitinous plates from crab meat so that the meat itself does not break up into separate fibers.

Step 2

Divide lettuce into leaves, wash and pat dry. Hard boil the eggs, peel and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. Cut the apple into thin slices, sprinkle with 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Crab meat cut into pieces 2.5–3 cm long.

Step 3

Wash oregano, chop, mix with the remaining lemon juice and mayonnaise. Salt, pepper to taste. Put lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, put crabs, eggs and an apple on top. Pour dressing over.
