Cookies with parmesan and herbs

  • 180 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 100 g of parmesan
  • 1 yolk
  • 2 tsp a mixture of dry rosemary, parsley, mint and freshly ground pepper
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

Soften butter. Parmesan grate on a fine grater.

Step 2

Mix butter with cheese. Gradually add the sifted flour with salt, add the yolk.

Step 3

Knead the dough and roll into a sausage, wrap in cling film. Leave in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

Step 4

Cut the cold dough into circles about 1 cm thick, sprinkle with herbs and bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.

Step 5

Cool and then transfer to a plate. Store in a cool place in a tightly closed box.
