Cookies with boiled condensed milk and almond petals
Ingredients
Servings 6- flour - 1 tbsp.
- cane sugar - 3/4 tbsp.
- starch - 3 tbsp. l.
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 pc.
- butter - 100 g
- brandy - 1 tbsp. l.
- vanillin - 1.5 g
- boiled condensed milk - 1/2 can
- almond petals
Cooking
Step 1
Sift flour, baking powder and cornstarch into a bowl. Butter, softened at room temperature, beat with cane sugar, add cognac, mix. Add the egg to the butter mixture, mix until smooth.
Step 2
Add the flour mixture to the resulting mass and knead the dough, flour can be added if necessary. Place the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm and cut out the cookies with a round cookie cutter. Place cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool down.
Step 4
Place 1 tsp in the center of the cookies. boiled condensed milk, cover with another cookie on top and gently press down. Coat the edges of the cakes with boiled condensed milk and sprinkle with almond petals.
