Cold pasta salad with pesto and black grapes
If you don't have ready-made pesto for dressing, you can make your own. Take 1 bunch of parsley and green basil, a handful of pine nuts and a clove of garlic, put in a blender and puree, add 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 250 g dry fusilli pasta
- 100 g pesto sauce
- 20 pitted black olives
- sweet pepper for decoration
- balsamic vinegar
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- oranges - 1 pc.
- 60 g black grapes
- 60 g mozzarella cheese
- green onion
Cooking
Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and grapes into halves, remove the seeds from the grapes.
Step 2
Cut mozzarella into cubes. Peel the orange, cut out the pulp without external and internal films.
Step 3
Drain pasta, mix with pesto, let cool. Add the prepared ingredients, mix, put a slide on a dish.
Step 4
Garnish with sweet pepper slices and orange fillet slices. Sprinkle with chopped onions, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, top with olives.
