Chocolate brownies with kumquats
Today, cakes are very easy to prepare. Cream can be replaced with your favorite, it will be delicious. I made it with white ganache.
Ingredients
Servings 10- egg (biscuit) - 6 pcs.
- flour (biscuit) - 100 g
- sugar (biscuit) - 150 g
- cocoa powder (biscuit) - 5 tbsp. l.
- baking powder (biscuit) - 1/2 tsp
- fat cream (ganache) - 4 tbsp. l.
- drain oil. (ganache) - 4 tbsp. l.
- white chocolate (ganache) - 100 g
- cream 35% (for decoration) - 2/3 tbsp.
- powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- kumquats (dried)
Cooking
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip egg whites into peaks. Rub the yolks with sugar.
Step 2
Sift flour with cocoa, mix.
Step 3
Add egg whites and flour with cocoa alternately to the egg mass, mixing well with a whisk each time. Add baking powder.
Step 4
Put the dough on a baking sheet, smooth with a spatula. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes. until ready.
Step 5
When ready, cut out mugs with a mold (blanks for cake).
Step 6
Form biscuit rounds into pyramids.
Step 7
Make ganache. In a bowl, mix cream, butter and white chocolate. Put on fire, boil until slightly thickened, constantly stirring with a whisk. Cool down.
Step 8
Coat the pies with ganache.
Step 9
Grind the remaining biscuit into crumbs (using a blender) and roll the cakes in it
Step 10
Whip cream with icing sugar to peaks and decorate the cake with a pastry bag. Add kumquats to the decoration. Happy tea!
