Chicken liver pate with onion jam

To prepare chicken liver pate, you need to finely chopped onion and carrots, fry in vegetable oil. When the onions and carrots are browned, add the chicken liver. Fry, stirring occasionally until fully cooked. Finally, place everything in a blender until smooth.

To prepare onion jam, it is necessary to cut the onion into strips, which we fry in vegetable oil until blush. Then add red wine, sugar and balsamic vinegar. Keep on fire until thickened.

To make a bagel, you will need puff pastry and yolk. Roll out the puff pastry and form a bagel. Brush with egg yolk before baking. Bake the bagel in the oven for 8-9 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 4
Serving: fill the bagel with chicken liver pate and place on a plate. Decorate the dish with cilantro and powdered greens. Onion jam is served separately.
