Cherry frappe

One and a half billion cups of coffee are drunk every day in the world. Bitter, foamy, rough and soft, from Arabica and Robusta. Real, ground.

Ingredients

Servings 1 portion
  • handful of ice cubes
  • 20 ml cherry syrup
  • 1 scoop cherry ice cream
  • 100 ml cream with 10% fat
  • 10 ml almond syrup
  • 100 ml freshly brewed espresso
  • 1 cocktail cherry

Cooking

Step 1

Pour ice into a shaker. Add both types of syrup and cream.

Step 2

Prepare coffee, also pour it into a shaker.

Step 3

Mix thoroughly and pour into a large milkshake glass. Place a scoop of ice cream on top and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
