Champagne Fresh

Ingredients

  • Rum "Bacardi" black - 20g
  • Passion fruit syrup - 15 years
  • Fresh cucumber - 100g
  • Ginger fresh - 15g
  • Lemon fresh - 15g
  • Sparkling wine - 100 g
  • Fresh passion fruit - 50g

Cooking

Step 1

Pour the pulp of 1/2 passion fruit into a Hurricane glass. In a shaker, mash a fresh cucumber, add the rest of the ingredients, mix and strain into a glass with large ice.

Step 2

Top up with sparkling wine and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with 1/2 passion fruit and a long cucumber slice on a skewer.
