- sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
- sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- semolina 4 tbsp. l.
- fresh frozen cherries 2 handfuls
- vanillin 1.5 g
Cooking
Step 1
Whisk the eggs. Add sugar, mix. Add cottage cheese, vanilla, mix. Add sour cream, semolina to the resulting mass. Add cherries without defrosting. Mix.
Step 2
Lubricate the refractory form with vegetable oil, put the curd mass. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
