Cake "Kranchin Manchin"

An unusual combination of dark chocolate, sunflower seeds and berries is worth spending a little time preparing this dessert. Besides, it's quite easy.

Ingredients

Servings 10 servings
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 1 standard bag of dry berry jelly or 10 g of gelatin
  • 250 ml berry juice
  • 70 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g of any air flakes
  • 1 kg of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)

Cooking

Step 1

Break the chocolate into small pieces, put in a refractory glass or ceramic dish. Pour water into a large large frying pan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Place a bowl of chocolate in it. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until all the chocolate has melted. Remove from fire. Pour air flakes and peeled sunflower seeds into hot melted chocolate. To stir thoroughly. Flakes and seeds should be completely covered in chocolate. Place cling film inside a round baking dish so that it covers the bottom and sides of the form. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cling film and spread evenly. Press down with a spatula or spoon to firm up the mixture and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Wash the berries, dry with linen napkins. Remove stems, leaves and twigs. Take the form out of the refrigerator. Lay the berries on top in random order. Boil 250 ml of water in a saucepan, add dry jelly, immediately remove from heat and stir well. Using a tablespoon, pour the berries on the jelly cake and refrigerate for 1 hour. Tip You can use wheat, rice or corn puffed flakes for this cake. Instead of sunflower seeds, you can take pumpkin seeds.
