Burger with pork

The secret of a good burger lies, first of all, in the quality of the ingredients, in their harmony and the ability to cook good burger patties. We leave quality and skill on your conscience, but we promise harmony in taste.

Ingredients

Servings 1
  • 1 Borodino burger bun
  • 200 g minced pork, preferably pork neck
  • 1 slice of bacon
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 leaves of Romano lettuce
  • 1 large slice of tomato
  • 2-3 cucumber slices
  • fried onion
  • homemade mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

Form a cutlet (“washer”) from minced meat. Fry, preferably on the grill, sprinkling with vegetable oil until fully cooked, 10-15 minutes. Salt.

Step 2

Bake the bun also on the grill or in the oven so that it crunches a little.

Step 3

In a preheated pan with a minimum addition of vegetable oil, cook the fried eggs, completely frying the protein.

Step 4

Lubricate the bottom of the bun with mayonnaise. Put lettuce leaves, a slice of tomato and a couple of slices of cucumber on it. Then cutlet, cheese, bacon, fried eggs. Garnish with French fries and carefully cover with the second half of the bread, also smeared with mayonnaise. Serve with french fries and ketchup.
