Burger with chicken breast and cocktail sauce
Ingredients
Servings 1- chicken breast - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l.
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 2 tbsp. l.
- salad "Lettuce" - 1 pc.
- tomato "Baku" - 1 pc.
- red onion - 1 pc.
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- ketchup - 2 tbsp. l.
- basil - 1 pc.
- olive oil - 20 g
- chili pepper - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Breading for chicken breast: Mix pre-cooked breadcrumbs with flour, salt and black pepper. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
Step 2
Beat the chicken breast to 0.5 cm. Roll in the breading mixture and then in the egg. Fry on both sides in a frying pan preheated with olive oil. Lay on the surface so that the stack of excess fat.
Step 3
Preparation of the sauce: in a mortar, crush a few basil leaves with a little olive oil until pureed. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, chili pepper, salt to this mixture.
Step 4
Cut the ciabatta into 4 pieces (or 2 depending on the size). On the lower part put 1.5 - 2 tbsp. l. sauce, a few lettuce leaves, chicken breast, a few thinly sliced tomato rings and red onion. For greater juiciness, you can put another 1 tbsp on top. l. sauce. Cover it all with the top of the ciabatta.
