Bread with raisins and rosemary
Ingredients
Servings 10-12- 2 eggs
- 175 ml warm water
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 400 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp year
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 125 g raisins
- 3 art. l. rosemary (preferably fresh)
- 1 st. l. dry yeast
Cooking
Step 1
Whisk the eggs in a pitcher. Add water to a jug and pour the egg mixture into the bread machine. Add olive oil.
Step 2
Add the sifted flour, rosemary, sugar, salt and yeast to the bread machine. Make sure that the yeast does not come into contact with salt, this can affect the fluffiness of the bread. Select the program in the bread machine: the mode is normal, the crust is medium, the loaf is large. Add the raisins after the first kneading of the dough, after about 15 minutes.
Step 3
After cooking, let the bread cool slightly in the bucket from the bread machine. Then carefully remove the finished bread. Can be served.
