Biscuit roll "Pink tenderness"

The roll will delight you and your loved ones not only with its color, but also with its taste! In addition, cooking does not take much time and effort.

Ingredients

  • 100-180 g flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • baking soda or baking powder
  • cocoa (optional) - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • 100 g raspberries or other berries (can be frozen)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g sour cream

Cooking

Step 1

For the biscuit, beat the eggs with the sugar until peaks form, gently add the flour, cocoa, slaked soda/baking powder and gently mix quickly. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with paper and greased with oil. In the oven (gas) for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Step 2

We turn the finished hot biscuit into a roll.

Step 3

For cream, beat sour cream with sugar, preferably crushed into powder, until peaks. Add raspberries.

Step 4

Unroll the cooled roll, put sour cream and wrap. Top the roll with the remaining cream, sprinkle with coconut crumbs or almond feathers and remove in the cold.
