Beef baked with apples

Spicy white wine-baked beef with vegetables and stewed apples.

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • beef pulp - 1 kg
  • apples - 3 pcs.
  • salt pepper
  • flour - 60 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • parsley
  • garlic - 2 teeth
  • thyme
  • vegetable oil
  • dry white wine - 175 ml
  • butter - 100 g

Cooking

Step 1

Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper, roll in flour. Put on a baking sheet. Also put coarsely chopped onions, carrots, sprinkle with parsley, thyme, crush the garlic, sprinkle with vegetable oil. Bake 30 min. at 170 degrees. Turn meat over and drizzle with wine. Bake for 2 more hours.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a saucepan, put the apple slices and simmer until translucent. Serve meat with apples. Enjoy your meal!
