Beans with bacon

- 0.5 kg white beans
- bacon

Step 1
Soak the beans in cold water for 12 hours, rinse, pour fresh water, bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking. Throw the beans in a colander, save a little broth. Cut the onion and bacon into cubes, fry in a little olive oil and mix. Lay beans and onions with bacon in layers in clay pots. In each pot, add 3 tbsp. l. bean broth. Preheat the oven to 200˚C, put the pots in it and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve the dish hot.
