Avocado Salmon Sandwich
A sandwich is one slice of bread with a filling. A sandwich consists of two slices. The idea of adding a second slice of bread was first thought up by an earl living in England in the 18th century. This idea was so popular that the dish was named after Earl John Sandwich.
Ingredients
Servings 1- Lightly salted salmon - 60 g
- Avocado - 220 g
- Tomato - 90 g
- Hot dog buns - 60 g
- Cottage cheese - 30 g
- Arugula - 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Peel and slice the avocado into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 3
Cut the bun in half and toast on both sides in a dry frying pan.
Step 4
Assemble the sandwich. Spread cream cheese on the bun and top with arugula.
Step 5
Place tomato slices and salmon on top.
Step 6
The last layer is avocado. Cover the filling with the second bun.
Step 7
Pierce the sandwich on both sides with skewers to strengthen it and cut in half.
