Apple lasagne
Ingredients
Servings 4- 900 g apples
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g lasagna sheets
- 2 pcs. yolk
- 150 g cream (35%)
- 1/3 pc. vanilla pod
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the peeled apples into 8 pieces. Put in a baking dish, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize in the oven at 180 degrees - 20 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare vanilla sauce. Heat the cream and add the pureed yolk with sugar and vanilla seeds. Bring to a boil and cool.
Step 3
In a rectangular shape, lay out alternately layers of lasagne sheets boiled until half cooked, vanilla sauce, baked apples. Top with vanilla sauce and bake at 170 degrees - 25 minutes. Cut the cooked lasagna into 4 servings.
