American pancakes in chocolate sauce

Ingredients

• flour - 200 g
• milk - 200 ml
• sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
• salt - 1/2 h. l.
• soda - 1 tsp
• eggs - 1 pc.
• olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
• chocolate sauce
• chocolate - 100 g
• cream 33% - 50 g

Cooking

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients.

Step 2

Add milk, egg and butter. Knead the dough until a homogeneous consistency.

Step 3

Bake in a hot dry pan.

Step 4

Chocolate sauce: you can melt chocolate in a water bath, pour over boiling cream or simply break chocolate, pour over cream and heat in the microwave.

Step 5

Add any fruit or berries you like.
