Step 1
Actually a duck.
Step 2
Salt and pepper inside and out.
Step 3
We remove the bird in a bag for baking. And send it to the oven for an hour at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
Step 4
After an hour, we take it out of the oven, completely open the package and return to the oven.
Step 5
We put the oven on blowing and periodically pour the bird with its own juice and fat.
