Vegetable salad with chavrou cheese
Ingredients
Servings 1- Baku tomatoes - 50 g
- fresh cucumber - 35 g
- radish - 20 years
- mix of greens (parsley, cilantro, dill, tarragon) - 10 g
- peeled orange - 20 g
- olive oil - 6 g
- Chavrou cheese - 45 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Cucumber and tomatoes cut into large segments, radish into thin slices.
Step 2
Add orange segments and green leaves and season with olive oil.
Step 3
Season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with chavrou cheese around the edges.
