Vegetable salad with chavrou cheese

Ingredients

  • Baku tomatoes - 50 g
  • fresh cucumber - 35 g
  • radish - 20 years
  • mix of greens (parsley, cilantro, dill, tarragon) - 10 g
  • peeled orange - 20 g
  • olive oil - 6 g
  • Chavrou cheese - 45 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Cucumber and tomatoes cut into large segments, radish into thin slices.

Step 2

Add orange segments and green leaves and season with olive oil.

Step 3

Season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with chavrou cheese around the edges.
