Two porridges for little ones "Mouse on the lake"

Many parents with young children know how difficult it is to feed them "essential," non-sweet foods. And in the post, such a task is doubly complicated. But still, there is a little secret how to make the baby eat tasty and healthy food. This is an unusual design and original serving of the dish.

Ingredients

Servings 2
  • pumpkin - 200 g
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • rice - 50 g
  • millet - 50 g
  • salt - to taste
  • cocoa - 1/2 tsp. l.
  • pinch of sugar
  • black peppercorns - for decoration

Cooking

Step 1

Pumpkin, wash potatoes, peel, cut into pieces. We clean the onion, finely chop. Boil the vegetables until tender, adding a little salt. Let the vegetables cool a little and grind them into a puree.

Step 2

Wash rice and millet until clear water, boil until tender, adding a little sugar and salt. Let the porridge cool down a bit. Put a little porridge in a bowl and mix with cocoa.

Step 3

Pour mashed potatoes into a bowl. We make handles, legs and head of a bear from millet-rice porridge, make eyes from black peppercorns (they must be removed when eating a dish) and decorate the dish.

Step 4

Here is such a cheerful bear floating on the lake. Enjoy your meal!
