Striped oatmeal cheesecake

I propose to cook a delicious, tender, creamy cheesecake. Cheer up on a gloomy day with a cup of coffee with this dessert.

Ingredients

Servings 9
  • oatmeal 7 tbsp. l.
  • orange 1 pc.
  • walnuts 2 tbsp. l.
  • plum oil 200 g
  • flour 1 tbsp. l.
  • powdered sugar 7 tbsp. l.
  • gelatin 10 g
  • cottage cheese 220 g
  • curd cheese 150 g
  • cream 22% 200 ml
  • cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
  • blackberry

Cooking

Step 1

To make cheese, we need oatmeal. They need to be crushed (but not into flour). Place the cereal and nuts in a blender. Grind until crumbly.

Step 2

In a bowl put crumbs from nuts and cereals, soft butter, powdered sugar, zest from one orange. Knead the dough (if you need to add a spoonful of flour). Spread the dough on the bottom of a detachable form (16 cm). Put in a hot oven at 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool when ready.

Step 3

In the meantime, pour cold cream into a ladle, pour gelatin into it, stir. Put on a small fire and bring to a boil, stirring with a whisk, but do not boil! Cool down.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spreadable cottage cheese, icing sugar and cooled cream.

Step 5

Put 1/3 of the cream in another cup and add the sifted cocoa, stir.

Step 6

Put a layer of berries on the cooled cake (I have blackberries). Then part of the white cream, chocolate cream on it. Thus lay out the entire cream. You can make stains with a wooden stick.

Step 7

Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator until completely set. I was ready in an hour. Garnish with berries and serve!
