Smoothie “Pear and Nut Snack”

Ingredients

Servings 2 servings
  • 4 firm large fragrant pears
  • 4 tbsp. l. smooth peanut butter without chunks
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 st. l. Teddy bear

Cooking

Step 1

Wash the pears thoroughly and use a juicer to squeeze the juice out of them.

Step 2

Peel the banana, cut randomly, put in a blender. Add pear juice, peanut butter and honey.

Step 3

Place 5-6 large ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
