Smoothie “Charge of vivacity”
Ingredients
Servings 2 servings- 2 large Granny Smith apples
- 5-6 celery stalks
- 3 medium cucumbers
- 1 lime slice 1 cm thick
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- zest of 1 lime
Cooking
Step 1
Wash apples and celery thoroughly. Using a juicer, squeeze the juice from them and a circle of lemon.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber into medium pieces and place in a blender bowl. Remove the tarragon leaves from the sprig, add to the cucumbers.
Step 3
Pour in the squeezed juice, add 5-6 large ice cubes and beat until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with lime zest and serve.
