Sandwiches on crispy toast

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • bread 8 cereals 8 square slices
  • Mozzarella cheese for sandwiches 5-8 pcs.
  • Suluguni soft cheese 150 g
  • Philadelphia cream cheese to taste
  • butter to taste
  • mustard to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
  • boiled sausage
  • fresh cucumber 1 pc.
  • dill greens a few sprigs

Cooking

Step 1

Preheat the oven (air grill, multi-oven) to 190 degrees.

Step 2

Cut the bread. Lubricate each piece, if desired, with a thin layer of butter or a mixture of cream cheese with mustard, or put a slice of Mozzarella cheese.

Step 3

Bake in the oven until crispy.

Step 4

Cut the sausage into cubes, place in a heat-resistant container and bake together in the oven with slices of future sandwiches.

Step 5

Wash the bell pepper and bake in the oven until scorched. Peel off the skin and remove the seeds.

Step 6

Cut cucumber and tomatoes, chop greens.

Step 7

Put soft Suluguni cheese and fried sausage, cherry tomatoes, baked bell peppers, cucumbers and greens on 4 slices of baked bread. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
