Salad with crabs and catfish

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • 4 sprigs of fresh dill
  • onion - 1 small onion
  • 2 medium cucumbers for garnish
  • 120 g of smoked catfish fillet
  • 100 g round grain rice
  • 200 g canned crab meat
  • 4 small tomatoes for garnish

Cooking

Step 1

Boil rice until cooked and rinse in cold water. Hard boil eggs. Cool, chop finely. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and scald with boiling water. Dill wash, dry, chop. Mix crab meat, onion and rice. Add eggs and dill. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and mix gently. Wash the tomatoes, cut into thin circles. Peel cucumbers, cut into small cubes. Lay the tomatoes on a plate. Then, carefully, using a serving ring, lay out the crab salad. Decorate with cucumbers, salt. Put smoked catfish fillet on top.
