Red sangria
Ingredients
Servings 1- dry red wine 150 ml
- aged Caribbean rum 10 ml
- orange 20 g
- lemon 10 g
- green apple 20 g
- cinnamon stick 1 pc.
- carnation 3 pcs.
- star anise 1 star
- ground ginger 1 g
Cooking
Step 1
We heat all the ingredients without bringing to a boil so that the spices and fruits give their taste and aroma to the wine, then quickly cool in a shaker with ice and serve in a wine glass with ice, garnishing with slices of orange, lemon, apple and cinnamon stick.
