Quick curd cream for breakfast

Ingredients

  • 400 g cottage cheese O`KEY with a fat content of 9%
  • 4 tbsp. l. sour cream OK`KEY with a fat content of 20–25%
  • 3 art. l. condensed milk
  • seasonal berries and fruits (strawberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, pears)
  • lemon juice for serving
  • powdered sugar for serving

Cooking

Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and beat thoroughly with a submersible blender - there should be no lumps left in the cottage cheese at all.

Step 2

While continuing to beat, pour in the condensed milk. You should have a smooth cream. Divide the cream into bowls or bowls.

Step 3

Cut fruits and large berries into beautiful slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Pour over cream cheese and serve immediately.
