Pot Bulgur
Bulgur is a cereal that looks very similar to the well-known pearl barley. However, it is made not from barley, but from wheat. And bulgur is cooked much less in time, about 20 minutes. Bulgur is a very filling cereal. It contains fiber, protein, many vitamins and microelements. Due to its nutritional value, this cereal can be eaten on its own. Bulgur with butter in a pot is a rich and aromatic dish with a delicate creamy taste.
Ingredients
Servings 1- Bulgur - 100 g
- Water - 200 g
- Butter - 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Place bulgur in a baking pot, add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Add water and mix all the contents of the pot well.
Step 3
Cover the pot with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the pot from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
