Pomegranate and honey drink

Cooking
Step 1
Put the pomegranate in the refrigerator so that it cools down properly. Cut into 4-6 pieces and take out the seeds. Seeds are removed from a chilled pomegranate very easily. You can take out the pomegranate seeds in a large bowl of cold water, after cutting off the top from the fruit and cutting the peel. But in this case, the grains must be dried with paper napkins.
Step 2
Transfer the grains to a blender and beat for 10 seconds, so that they only give juice. In no case do not mash, as mashed pomegranate becomes bitter. Pass the mass through a sieve, add honey, salt and freshly ground cumin. Pour into a chilled glass.
