Pie "Blueberry heart"
Ingredients
Servings 6- milk - 1.5 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- fresh yeast - 50 g
- flour - 4 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
- blueberries - 2.5 tbsp.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
For the dough, dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add 2 tbsp. l. sugar, mix and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes. When the dough rises, add the remaining sifted flour, salt, vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Leave the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and lay out in a mold, decorate the sides.
Step 3
Mix sour cream with beaten eggs, add 3 tbsp. l. sugar, stir. Put the sour cream and egg mass on the dough, put freshly frozen blueberries on top, sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
