Pear salad with champignons

Ingredients

  • salad greens
  • 200 g of smoked ham
  • 2 pears
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • 2 tbsp. l. lime juice
  • champignons

Cooking

Step 1

1. Wash lettuce, dry and chop coarsely. Cut the ham into strips. Wash mushrooms, cut into 4 pieces. 2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms over high heat until the liquid has completely evaporated. Peel the pears, cut into 8 lengthwise pieces, remove the core. Add pears to mushrooms. Cook 2 min. 3. Add salad dressing to the lime juice and mix thoroughly. Put lettuce, ham, mushrooms with pears in a salad bowl. Top with sauce and serve.
