Honey, Sesame, Peanut, Turron

Peanut turron

I suggest you make these delicious, nutritious and healthy bars yourself.

Ingredients

Servings 10
  • peanuts - 300 g
  • honey - 100 ml
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.
  • rice flakes - 100 g
  • sesame - 2 tbsp. l.
  • vanilla sugar - 5 g
  • salt - 1 g

Cooking

Step 1

Grind nuts, mix with vanilla sugar.

Step 2

Heat honey over a fire, add salt, nuts and sesame seeds. Pour in the oil and heat until thickened.

Step 3

Then remove from heat and add rice cereal. Mix.

Step 4

Put the mass on parchment paper, cover with a sheet and roll into a rectangular layer. Put in the refrigerator for an hour. Then cut into portions.
