Pasta with ham in creamy sauce

Ingredients
Servings 3- Spaghetti - 300 g
- Water - 2000 g
- Ham - 200 g
- Cream 20% fat - 200 g
- Garlic - 10 g
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 34 g
Cooking
Step 1

Place the pasta in boiling water, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until al dente. Drain the pasta in a colander.
Step 2

Heat the oil. Add the garlic and fry over high heat for 1 minute. Add the ham. Stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour in the cream, add salt and pepper and stir. Bring the sauce to a boil. Add the spaghetti to the sauce and stir. Simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes.
