Orzo with shrimps

The dish was born spontaneously - it was necessary to cook something quickly in the Chinese style. And it was ready in 15 minutes! Improvisation, it turned out a wonderful dish.

Ingredients

  • orzo - 1 tbsp.
  • salt (for cooking orzo)
  • sesame oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • shrimp - 10 pcs.
  • green ice cream peas. - 1 tbsp. l.
  • bell pepper - half a fruit
  • onion - a quarter of a small onion
  • dill (for sprinkling)
  • soy sauce

Cooking

Step 1

Boil orzo according to the instructions (I have 6 minutes) in lightly salted water. Drain.

Step 2

Pour a little ordinary oil into a frying pan, fry finely chopped onions and crushed garlic. Then put the diced tomato and stew for 3 minutes. If there is pepper, also crumble and put with the tomato. Whisk the egg and pour over the vegetables. Make something like an omelette and mix everything well so that there are no large pieces.

Step 3

Pour in sesame oil and a little soy sauce - do not oversalt, because. shrimp are cooked in salt water, and you can overdo it with salt. Put the shellless shrimp last and simmer for about a minute.

Step 4

After that, put the boiled orzo into the pan and heat, stirring, for a minute. Sprinkle chopped dill on top.
